Equipment Description
- The SZLH series livestock and poultry pellet machine consists of a pellet machine host and a layer of conditioner, which has the characteristics of high output and long service life, and is suitable for the production of ordinary livestock and poultry feed.
- Adopting gear direct transmission, high efficiency;
- All stainless steel feeder, variable pitch anti arch structure, variable frequency speed control;
- ● Increase the size of stainless steel quenching and tempering equipment, with long quenching and curing time;
- The shaft end of the conditioner is specially sealed, and a steam axial injection device is used for air intake, which ensures more complete contact between the material and steam and prevents the phenomenon of steam backflow into the feeder;
- The box adopts a special casting process with a dense structure;
- The bearings of the main transmission system are made of SKF, and imported oil seals are selected, with a special lubrication return system installed to ensure reliable bearing lubrication;
- The gears and gear shafts are processed using carburizing quenching and hard tooth grinding processes, resulting in balanced transmission, low noise, and long service life;
- The connection between the ring mold and the transmission wheel adopts a three piece quick release precision forging clamp, making the ring mold easy and fast to disassemble;
- The door cover and inclined groove are made of all stainless steel, with strong anti-corrosion ability;
- The motor and gearbox adopt a new type of serpentine spring coupling, which is easier to disassemble and more reliable to use;
